Founded in 2003, Kadesh Profissionals Equipamentos has a portfolio with several models of shoes, gloves and masks. It has a production capacity of more than 4 million pairs of professional shoes per year, generating approximately seven hundred direct jobs and stands out as one of the three largest companies in Brazil in its segment.

Located in the municipality of Imbituva, in the south-central region of the state of Paraná, Kadesh promotes the distribution of income and wealth for our country, with social, environmental, technical and ethical responsibility. In this way, Kadesh grows every year, aiming to become the largest company on the national scene in its segment.
Installed in a constructed area of 15 thousand square meters, Kadesh has in its DNA the valorization of its employees, giving training and lectures periodically, aiming to guarantee the qualification of its professionals and, consequently, offer a product of the highest quality to its customers.
Kadesh operates in the national and international market, with presence in Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Mexico. Through the integration between the export and logistics departments, and the effort of all, it was possible to make these partnerships viable, which allowed the company to enter the world market.
We have a team of highly qualified internal and external consultants, ready to serve the different regions of Brazil. In addition, we highlight the marketing, accounting and financial, and human resources departments, which enable the integration of the company’s processes.
SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Kadesh, in partnership with environmental solutions companies, has a waste management program within the parameters required by current legislation, mitigating the damage caused to the environment by the production process. Through constant monitoring of the waste generated, as well as its destination for industrial landfills or material recycling, Kadesh now has an organized space, thus preserving nature and the environment.
Concerned with environmental issues, the company started to use biodegradable plastic packaging, seeking to mitigate the impacts caused to the environment. development of the company, but also with the city and region it occupies. Provides social assistance service to all its employees and their families. In addition, it has the support of industrial cells, inside prisons, with the objective of giving the inmates an opportunity, making resocialization possible; thus, it contributes to a life of equality, without discriminating social class, race or color.
